O XIII Workshop de Trabalhos de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica (WTIC) \u00e9 um f\u00f3rum realizado junto ao WebMedia dedicado \u00e0 apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o e discuss\u00e3o de trabalhos em andamento realizado por alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o nas \u00e1reas de Multim\u00eddia, Hiperm\u00eddia e Web. O objetivo principal \u00e9 estimular a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de estudantes de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o com os membros da academia e da ind\u00fastria. Os t\u00f3picos de interesse do WTIC s\u00e3o os mesmos das trilhas principais de artigos completos do WebMedia: (1) Web e Redes Sociais, (2) Multim\u00eddia e (3) TV Digital, Computa\u00e7\u00e3o Ub\u00edqua e M\u00f3vel.

\nThis research work investigates the design, development and evaluation of a context-aware noti\fcation system. We designed a mobile application called Avisa\u00ca. It implements the concept of context-aware notification, i.e., a noti\fcation that is triggered when a pre-defined context is validated. The software enables the registration reminders, if the user is on a schedule and locations then a notification warning is triggered. We interviewed ten users following the System Usability Scale model (SUS) to assess the acceptance of the proposed system, which was considered “good” by the evaluators. Sixty percent of them showed interest in using the system continuously.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
